Fixing Error 2738

 Step by Step

1) Click on Start

2) Click on all programs

3) Click on Accessories

4) Right click on command prompt

5) Click on run as administrator

6) A black box should pull up and have C:\windows\system32> on it.  Type "cd %systemroot%\system32"  with the space and everything and press Enter

7) then type "regsvr32 vbscript.dll" (with space and everything) then Enter.

I hope this helps.  This is what fixed mine; I have windows Vista Business so I am guessing it is close to the same on other systems.
